How does KlevaDesk learn about my business?

Paste your website URL during signup. We extract services, hours, pricing, and policies in seconds. Edit anything you want — the agent uses what you tell it, not what we guess.

Will my callers know it’s an AI?

Yes — your AI receptionist identifies itself and the business it’s calling on behalf of. We don’t pretend it’s a person.

What if a caller wants to talk to me?

KlevaDesk can transfer the call, take a message, or text you the highlights, per the rules you set.

Do I need a new phone number?

No — you get a free trial number to test KlevaDesk on. When you’re ready, forward your existing business line to it. Your callers reach the agent, you keep your number. You can also port your number to KlevaDesk later if you want it managed end-to-end.

Does it integrate with my booking software?

KlevaDesk reads availability from Vagaro today. Google Calendar and other booking systems are next, based on what early-access users ask for.

What happens if it gets a question wrong?

Every conversation is transcribed and visible in your dashboard. The agent learns from corrections you make to its knowledge.

How do I get notified about bookings and messages?

Pick the channel you actually check — email, SMS, or Telegram. You get a notification when there’s a booking to confirm, a callback to make, or a message waiting.

What languages does it speak?

English at launch. We’ll expand based on demand.

Is my data private?
